Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lynx Market Intelligence platform ("Lynx MI," "Service"), operated by Lynx MI ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Not Financial Advice
Lynx MI provides data aggregation, analysis, and visualization tools for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. The information presented — including conviction scores, leaderboard rankings, insider trade data, and AI-generated summaries — is derived from publicly available SEC filings, STOCK Act disclosures, and lobbying registrations. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from Lynx MI. Always consult a qualified financial advisor and conduct your own due diligence before purchasing or selling securities.
2. Service Tiers and Subscriptions
Lynx MI offers the following subscription tiers: Free (basic feed access, limited company lookups), Recreational ($4.99/month — full trade details, conviction scores, leaderboard), Advanced ($14.99/month — congressional data, lobbying analysis, Nexus of Influence, priority alerts), and Enterprise (custom pricing — API access, bulk data export, webhook integrations, white-label options). Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using email/password or Google Single Sign-On. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts are for individual use only; sharing login credentials is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Data Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, the data on Lynx MI is sourced from public government filings and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. SEC Form 4 filings may be amended or corrected after initial publication. Congressional STOCK Act disclosures are often filed after the 45-day deadline. AI conviction scores are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lynx MI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment returns, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
