Our Mission
Every publicly traded company in the United States requires its officers, directors, and major shareholders to disclose their securities transactions to the SEC within two business days. This data is published freely on the SEC EDGAR database. However, raw SEC filings are dense XML documents scattered across thousands of pages with no easy way to search, filter, or analyze them at scale. Lynx MI solves this problem by ingesting every Form 4 filing in real-time, parsing it into structured data, and layering on AI-powered analysis to help investors quickly identify the most meaningful insider signals.
Our Technology
The platform is built on a real-time data pipeline that polls SEC EDGAR continuously for new filings. Each filing is parsed, validated, and enriched with company metadata, sector information, and historical insider trading patterns. The AI conviction scoring engine evaluates each trade across multiple dimensions — trade size relative to holdings, whether the transaction was pre-planned under a 10b5-1 plan or discretionary, cluster buying patterns (multiple insiders buying at the same company), and the insider's historical accuracy as measured by post-trade stock performance.
Beyond SEC data, we integrate congressional STOCK Act financial disclosures, lobbying registrations from the Lobbying Disclosure Act, and public supply chain data to create the "Nexus of Influence" — a unique graph database that maps relationships between corporate insiders, politicians, lobbyists, and companies across the entire U.S. market.
